End User License Agreement
1. Acceptance
By installing or using the App on a Bitrix24 portal, the portal administrator and its users (“you”, “Customer”) agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. License
ROCKETECH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Bitrix24 portals for which it is installed, solely for your internal business purposes, subject to your active subscription or trial.
3. Trial and subscription
The App is offered with a 30-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription billed through the Bitrix24 Market. Access may be limited when no active subscription or trial exists.
4. Acceptable use
You will not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law; (b) resell, sublicense, or provide the App as a service to third parties; (c) use the App to violate any law or third-party rights; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s infrastructure.
5. Customer data
The App processes CRM activity data and stores App-specific metadata (touch-point type, result note, follow-up links) and OAuth tokens to operate. See the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data in your Bitrix24 portal and for obtaining any required consents.
6. Intellectual property
ROCKETECH retains all rights, title, and interest in the App, excluding your data. No rights are granted except as expressly set out here.
7. Warranty disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCKETECH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. ROCKETECH’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
This license terminates automatically on uninstall or non-payment. On uninstall, the App purges your portal’s tokens and stored metadata (see Privacy Policy).
10. Changes
ROCKETECH may update this EULA; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where required, notified in-app or via the Market listing.
