Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Service. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms, to the EULA, and to the Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. The Service
Touchpoint Planner is a Bitrix24 Market application that presents your CRM follow-up activity as a weekly and monthly board, lets you create, reschedule and complete “touch-points” on leads, deals, contacts and companies, sends an in-app digest, and produces manager reports. Features may evolve over time.
3. Eligibility and installation
Installation requires a Bitrix24 portal and the administrative rights needed to grant the App’s requested permissions (CRM, users, embedding/placements, and chat & notifications). You are responsible for your portal, your users and their use of the Service.
4. Trial, subscription and billing
The Service is offered with a 30-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Billing is handled by the Bitrix24 Market under its own terms; the Market is the merchant of record for subscription charges. Prices, plans and any usage limits are as shown on the Market listing. Access to paid features may be suspended if no active subscription or trial exists.
5. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Service, including by: attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; reverse engineering except as permitted by law; reselling or sublicensing the Service; or using it to violate any law or third-party right.
6. Customer data and privacy
The Service reads CRM records live with your users’ permissions and stores only the App metadata, settings and OAuth tokens described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data in your portal and for any required consents. On uninstall, your portal’s tokens and metadata are permanently deleted.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; the Service may be unavailable during maintenance, third-party outages (Bitrix24, hosting providers) or events beyond our control. Support is provided by email at info@rocketech.it, with a target first response within two business days (Mon–Fri).
8. Intellectual property
ROCKETECH retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, excluding your data. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms and the EULA.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCKETECH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where required, notified in-app or via the Market listing. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Provider’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Jurisdiction to be confirmed with counsel for the listing region.)
